With over 20 years of experience supporting and managing children's health and wellbeing services and 7 years as a CEO, our founder is a change leader, dedicated to unlocking potential and helping others create positive change.
We've supported both statutory and voluntary sector services from starting up to fundraising, developing vision and missions, supporting or leading on monitoring and evaluation, legal compliance and structure support, research, policy development, creating new systems and processes, and staff training too.
Our mission is to ignite passions and help organisations succeed in serving their communities by supporting their leaders and teams to create growth.
Our team combines expertise in business management with a vast knowledge of charity and not for profit services, as well as the NHS and local authority working - helping organisations not just to succeed, but to thrive.
